USF Professor Thomas Hallock asked his students to find beauty in their own backyards. The students found this beauty at Bartlett Park and in the waters of Salt Creek.
The city of St. Petersburg was recently cast into the spotlight because of tragic and disheartening events. We believe that it is time for the community to come together and rebuild this glorious city. Coming together as one and creating a safe and beautiful place to live is our goal.
On April 21st at 3:30pm, USF students and community residents will gather at Bartlett Park. With trash bags in hand, the students will embark on this journey toward a cleaner St. Petersburg. The USF Waterfront will be on hand with kayaks allowing residents to get out onto these beautiful waters and enjoy what their backyards have to offer.
